Day 3- The source of our supply

Filed under: Finances — pearsey @ 2:07 pm

This is a summary, from chapter 3, 31 Reasons people do not receive their financial harvest, written by Mike Murdock.

Day 3 – Some people believe their financial income depends on their boss or loved ones.

God is the source of all our supply. It is not our family or friends. It is not our boss. If we are missionaries, it is not our favourite and most generous supporters. It is God. He is the only true source of our supply. If we don’t recognise that, we will rely on our family, friends and supporters rather than God – then if they don’t “provide” for us when we ask for a loan or for some money, there’s every possibility we’ll end up getting mad at them.

If we realise that God is the one who provides, who gives us blessings, who gives us promotions at work, then we open up the possibility for supernatural increase.

We need to trust in God rather than man. God wants us to trust Him. And when we do, that is when we will see the incredible harvest that will come, because “every good and perfect gift is from above” James 1:17.
“My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Phil 4:19

God, the source of our supply! Amen!
